Q. Is It Legal?
The two components of AWOL (extra oxygen and alcohol) are legal, so yes it is. The single user unit uses only compressed air and alcohol.

People's tolerance to alcohol differs, therefore it is recommended that no more than 20 minutes an hour and no more than 2 sessions in any 24 hour period.

Q. Is There An Age Limit?
You must first obey all applicable laws of your state concerning alcohol consumption. Anyone over 21 who is fit and enjoys extra oxygen and/or alcohol can enjoy AWOL.

Current evidence suggests so. Probably because there is no residual alcohol in your body the next day and no dehydration. Plus, extra oxygen is thought to cure hangovers.
